Terms of Service
Last updated June 2026
These terms cover your use of Setlist, a free desktop application for managing song libraries for Clone Hero and YARG. By downloading or using the app, you agree to the terms below.
Use of the app
Setlist is free to download and use for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may install it on the computers you own or control.
Your files
Setlist works with chart files that you already have or that you choose to download. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use those files and for following the rules of any service you download them from.
Third-party services
The app can connect to services such as Chorus Encore and Rhythmverse so you can find and download charts, and it can connect to Google Drive if you choose to sign in with a Google account. Those services are run by other people. We do not own them, control them, or take responsibility for their content or availability. Your use of a connected Google account is also subject to Google's own terms and policies.
No warranty
Setlist is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to make it reliable, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors or that it will suit every setup.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the people behind Setlist are not liable for any loss or damage that results from using, or being unable to use, the app. Please keep your own backups of anything important.
Not affiliated
Setlist is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YARG, Clone Hero, CustomsForge, Encore, Rhythmverse, or Harmonix. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
