Privacy Policy
Last updated June 2026
Setlist is a desktop application that runs on your own computer. This policy explains what information the app handles and how your privacy is respected.
The short version
Setlist runs on your own computer and does not sell or share your personal information. Your song library, your settings, and your files stay on your device. An optional Google sign-in lets you use content from Google Drive if you want it, and it is explained below.
Information the app handles
Your library and settings are stored on your own computer. Setlist reads and organizes the chart files you already have so you can browse and manage them in one place. This information is not sent to us.
The app does not require you to create an account, and it does not ask for payment details. It does offer an optional Google sign-in, covered below, if you want to work with content from Google Drive.
Network connections
Setlist connects to the internet only when you use a feature that needs it, such as downloading new charts. When you download from Chorus Encore or Rhythmverse, the app contacts those services directly to fetch the files you ask for.
Those services are operated by other people and have their own privacy practices. We do not control them, and this policy does not cover how they handle your requests.
Signing in with Google
Setlist includes an optional feature that lets you sign in with a Google account so the app can work with charts stored in your Google Drive. This is entirely optional. The app works without it, and a Google account is connected only if you choose to.
When you sign in, Setlist asks Google for permission to access the Google Drive content you want to use. The app uses that access only to find and load those files onto your own computer. Your Google sign-in and the Drive content you open are handled on your device and are not sent to us or stored on our servers.
You can disconnect your Google account from within the app, and you can review or remove Setlist's access at any time from the security settings of your Google account.
Setlist's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Analytics and tracking
Setlist does not include advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking. Nothing about how you use the app is gathered or profiled.
Children
Setlist is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
